What We're Testing
Build the sensor beta with us
50RH sensor hardware is still in development and is not generally available. We're inviting a limited group of property teams to apply for real-world testing while we validate the device, firmware, dashboard, and alert experience.
Environmental sensing prototype
The current design centers on the Bosch BME688 and is intended to sample temperature, humidity, air pressure, and gas-based air-quality indicators. The final hardware configuration is not yet locked.
Risk model validation
We are testing whether multiple environmental signals and sustained conditions can produce useful maintenance prompts. Risk scores and alerts are experimental and are not mold detection or a safety system.
Beta dashboard
Testers will help us evaluate how readings, device status, trends, and alerts should appear for property teams. Screens and workflows may change throughout the beta.
Real-world setup testing
We want to learn how prototype setup, WiFi connectivity, placement, and ongoing maintenance behave in real properties before making broader availability claims.
Frequent iteration
Beta hardware and firmware may be updated, replaced, paused, or removed during a test. Availability, timing, test length, and support are determined case by case.
Collaborative testers
The best beta participants can designate a point person, provide practical feedback, report issues, and treat prototype results as one input—not a replacement for inspection or professional judgment.
Interested in being a beta tester?
Applications are reviewed individually. Applying does not guarantee a placement. There is no self-serve purchase or checkout for sensor hardware; test scope, timing, costs, and terms are discussed only after approval.
