You agree to use 50RH only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.

2. Sensor Data and Usage

Our platform collects data from environmental sensors you install, including relative humidity, temperature, VOCs, particulate matter, and other indoor air quality metrics.

We use this data solely to:

• Deliver alerts and insights through your dashboard
• Improve the performance of our detection and risk-scoring algorithms
• Train our machine learning models in a privacy-preserving way

We do NOT:

• Sell, rent, or share your sensor data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising, tracking, or profiling
• Share personally identifiable data or identifiable property data with anyone

All data used for system improvement is anonymized and de-identified.

3. Account Registration

To use 50RH, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree not to impersonate another person or company or use someone else's credentials.

4. Subscription and Fees

Use of 50RH may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and pilot program details are provided on our website and during onboarding. We reserve the right to update pricing, with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

50RH and its associated content, software, and hardware are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the platform without our consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

50RH provides insights based on sensor data but does not guarantee detection or prevention of mold, water damage, or air quality hazards. Use our system as a risk-reduction tool, not a sole solution. We are not liable for damages, property loss, or health impacts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll provide notice of significant changes through the dashboard or by email.
