Welcome to 50RH. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the 50RH platform, including all sensor hardware, software, web applications, dashboards, and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use 50RH only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted through your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you enter into and send through the Services — including job titles and descriptions, scopes of work, bids and progress notes, entry notices, resident and owner communications, and reports. You agree that content you author and transmit through 50RH will comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and local fair housing laws. 50RH transmits your content on your behalf and does not review, approve, or endorse it.

2. Sensor and Platform Data

Our platform collects data from environmental sensors you install, including relative humidity, temperature, VOCs, particulate matter, and other indoor air quality metrics.

We use this data solely to:

• Deliver alerts and insights through your dashboard
• Improve the performance of our detection and risk-scoring algorithms
• Train our machine learning models in a privacy-preserving way

We do NOT:

• Sell, rent, or share your sensor data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising, tracking, or profiling
• Share personally identifiable data or identifiable property data with anyone

All data used for system improvement is anonymized and de-identified.

Bidding and job data.

When you use the bidding workflow, 50RH retains the jobs, bids, and award records created through the Services. We may use this data to produce de-identified, aggregated market statistics — for example, typical bid ranges for a trade and region — and to show those aggregate statistics to 50RH customers. Aggregates are computed only across a minimum number of unrelated customers, contractors, and bids, and never disclose an identifiable customer, property, contractor, or individual bid. We do not sell this data, we never show aggregate bid statistics to contractors, and we never show your individual bids to other customers.

3. Account Registration

To use 50RH, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You agree not to impersonate another person or company or use someone else's credentials.

4. Subscription and Fees

Use of 50RH software may require a paid subscription. Fees and billing terms are provided during onboarding. The unfinished sensor hardware beta is not available through standard online checkout; any approved test scope, costs, responsibilities, and terms are handled separately in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing, with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

50RH and its associated content, software, and hardware are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the platform without our consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

50RH provides insights based on sensor data but does not guarantee detection or prevention of mold, water damage, or air quality hazards. Use our system as a risk-reduction tool, not a sole solution. We are not liable for damages, property loss, or health impacts.

Advisory language checks.

The Services may automatically flag wording in your content that could raise concerns under fair housing or related laws. These flags are advisory only: they are provided as a courtesy, are based on the latest information available to us, may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and may miss problematic wording or flag wording that is lawful. They are not legal advice, and no flag — or absence of a flag — creates any representation that your content complies with any law. Responsibility for your content and its compliance with fair housing and all other laws remains yours at all times. Consult your own attorney for legal advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll provide notice of significant changes through the dashboard or by email.
