What does 50RH mean?

50RH reflects our mold-prevention focus: helping property teams catch environmental risk early and act before moisture, odor, and VOC issues turn into costly remediation.

How quickly can we deploy sensors across our properties?

Our sensors are designed for ultra-quick installation. Each sensor takes about 2 minutes to set up, with no wiring or special tools required. You can deploy across a 100-unit property in just a day or two.

What hardware is included with my subscription?

Every subscription includes Bosch BME688 sensors — industrial-grade hardware that measures five environmental signals: temperature, humidity, air pressure, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and an air quality index. Each sensor also runs the Bosch BSEC2 machine learning suite on-chip to produce a mold risk score. Sensors connect directly via WiFi (no hub needed) and receive over-the-air firmware updates. Ammonia sensing is on our roadmap for future tiers.

How does the 50RH risk score work?

Each sensor produces a mold risk score from 0.0 to 1.0 using on-device AI. The model weighs four factors: humidity level (45%), sustained duration of high humidity (25%), temperature in the mold growth range (15%), and ventilation quality based on air pressure and VOC readings (15%). Scores update every 15 minutes over a 24-hour rolling window. Your dashboard displays them as color-coded risk levels: Low (green), Moderate (yellow), High (orange), and Critical (red). The score represents the probability of conditions favorable for mold growth — it does not detect or confirm the presence of mold.

Can we start with just a few units and scale later?

Absolutely! Our Pilot Package is designed specifically for this purpose. Start with 10 units to see the value, then easily expand to cover more of your portfolio when you're ready.

Do you offer discounts for larger properties?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for properties with more than 500 units. Please contact our sales team for custom pricing based on your specific property portfolio.

Can I use multiple sensors in a single unit?

Yes, for larger units or properties with specific monitoring needs, you can deploy multiple sensors per unit. Standard sensors are available for additional units, and we offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Many property managers use additional sensors in bathrooms, kitchens, or other areas prone to moisture.
