They see what you last confirmed and the date you confirmed it — so keeping one profile current beats answering the same COI email from every customer.
How it works

The address your customers already email you at. We send a confirmation link — no account, no password to remember.
Fill in your details once
Contact and trades are all we ask for. Licence, insurance and W-9 status are optional — add them when you have them to hand.
It travels to the managers you work with
When a property manager who already has your email invites you to bid, what you last confirmed is there — dated — instead of whatever they typed into a spreadsheet a year ago.
Straight answers
- We do not send you work
- Property managers invite the contractors they already use. Claiming a profile does not put you in a queue for jobs, and there is no queue to be in.
- You are not listed anywhere
- There is no contractor directory on 50RH. Nobody can search for you, browse you, or find your profile — it reaches only managers who already have your email address in their own vendor list.
- We do not check what you enter
- Your licence and insurance details are shown to managers as your own statement, with the date you confirmed them — never as something 50RH has checked or stands behind.
- It is free, and stays free
- Contractors pay 50RH nothing. Bidding is free, your profile is free, and there is no upgrade waiting behind any of it.
What you control
Sharing is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time — which also clears the details you entered. Your bids stay sealed: other contractors never see what you quoted. Nothing you enter is shown to anyone who does not already have your email address.
